All bookings require at least 48 hours advance notice. Payment is due at the time of booking and is processed securely through Stripe.
Service providers on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of Service Gurus.

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our service providers.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%.
Rescheduling is free when requested at least 24 hours in advance.
