We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our service providers.
You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Contact us at 380-999-9084 or yamasseetechnology@gmail.com.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%.
Rescheduling is free when requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Services Guru is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we want to make it right.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe within 5-10 business days.
